This project involved planning, design and construction of landscaping works and two wildlife ponds, for a 2 ha garden in Blockley, which included:

  • carrying out surveys and preparing design plans for the site
  • liaising with the Environment Agency over drainage and wildlife matters in order to secure planning permission for the works
  • geotechnical investigations to enable design of the two wildlife ponds
  • construction of the two ponds supplied from a natural spring source, linked by a water cascade formed with Cotswold stone
  • construction of associated drainage and earthworks
  • extensive dry stone walling work
